That was the commecial break – now back to the introduction of Dr Kataria…
As a Medical Doctor his research into the health and healing benefits of laughter had a profound medical foundation and he has spent the years since 1995 sharing his experience and his idea of unconditional laughter, Laughter Yoga.
Together with his wife, Madhuri Kataria, Dr. Madan Kataria started Laughter Yoga as a social movement in March 1995. However, it has since then grown to a worldwide professional method to target health challenges, loneliness, burn-out, stress, team issues, performance, and many more day-to-day challenges at work and at home.
Everyone wants health and happiness in their lives but instead they are getting stressed out , depressed, getting less sleep, more negative thoughts and feeling isolated.
That is the unfolding of life for many people and many people are on a constant quest for happines and joy in life.
Laughter Yoga is the answer!
“We are paying very high price for taking life too seriously. Now it is time to take laughter seriously.” Dr. Madan Kataria, Founder Laughter Yoga International
