We are heading into the unknown with our laughter.
Slowly the startup of laughter clubs in parks is changing the scene and the conversation of when we will be back to sharing laughter in person is an ongoing and unfolding tale of transforming our ways.
There are continuously events streaming through online space and new bookings are not slowing down.
The online laughter events are staying!
I run training, workshops, conferences and laughter clubs online – this is the new era of laughter events. Although I have been running online training for 10 years the past months have certainly inspired a spike in Zoom’ing, Google’ing and Microsoft’ing shared laughter.
Life happenened, still does, and it is opening up again with caution and care. We simply need to adapt and adopt new ways to move forward.
When we grab the opportunities around us, we touch on amazing ideas and connect with people who make a real difference.
In July I launched a series of Impromptu Conversations, not so impromptu as they were all planned in advance, however, the people behind Laughter Yoga in Serbia, Mexico, Japan, Brazil, Australia, Canada and the UK are outstanding change makers.
We all have a story to tell and a serious passion for transforming lives. In addition we have made it our business to make it happen!
There is an overall message coming through to me from my conversations with all these awesome people, never be afraid of your own grand plan and never stop yourself from fear of not making it happen.
Together we make space even bigger as our laughter tones into the distance!

Stonewall – acceptance without exception
Many things have happened over the past many months and we still face challenges affecting many lives.
I wanted to be a proper support for the community that is a great part of my life through work and friendships instead of just waving ‘yay’ or ‘nay’ from the comfort of my sofa.
Stonewall’s values line up perfectly with my own personal and professional ethos about being passionate and standing up for what I believe, empowerment and transformation.
Stonewall is Britain’s leading charity for lesbian, gay, bi and trans equality, working to create a world where every single person can be accepted without exception.
It was founded in 1989 by a small group of people who wanted to break down barriers to equality.
Stonewall continues to campaign and lobby government to change laws to ensure everyone, everywhere, is free to be themselves. Stonewall works in partnership with a growing network of 850 organisations to help create real change for the better.
It campaigns to eliminate homophobia, biphobia and transphobia in communities, and empowers LGBT people and their allies to be role models wherever they live, work, study, shop, socialise or pray.
I am looking forward to sharing laughter with the staff at Stonewall later this week and moving forward supporting equality and diversity, acceptance without exception.

The Soul Camp – corporate glamping and festivals
Corporate glamping and festivals – a real treat for fast-paced city executives and their businesses.
I am truly excited to introduce The Soul Camp, founded by Pete as a way for corporations to enjoy their events and conferences beyond the cityscape, making a great city escape.
Here is what The Soul Camp really is:
The Soul Camp was conceived about 16 years ago in the early 2000s by Pete Jones who has been working in the ethical, not for profit events arena for 20+ years including founding an award winning festival and ethical clubbing organisation Planet Angel.
The idea was for an ethical, festival edged, group-focussed campsite where people could truly connect and enjoy themselves in a relaxed atmosphere. Guests would be free of many of the boundaries of modern life… and definitely free from being told they can’t sit around a campfire with a glass of wine discussing life until the sun rises!www.thesoulcamp.com
And The Soul Camp is so much more because of the heart and soul behind it.
Laughter Yoga seems a logical addition where removing boundaries and connecting with people and nature is the top priority.
This is the beginning of a great, grounding and authentic relationship between business people on a missing to create positive change and transformative experiences in magical surroundings.

Linda Leclerc, Canada
A real pleasure to reconvene with Linda, when we connect the threads of what we started when we had a real impromptu conversation in early June.
Linda and I first met in 2015 when we celebrated Laughter Yoga 20th Anniversary together in the UK. We are HAHA Sisters.
She is the Mother of Laughter Yoga in Canada and is on a constant journey to share laughter through her live shares and her professional work.

Philippa Challis, Australia
Phillippa Challis is one of the hidden laughter treasures of Australia. To me she was until we spoke.

Known as The Laughter Lady, Philippa is a professional speaker with her roots in the corporate and commercial sector.
Join us in our Impromptu Conversation as we talk about life, laughter and everything in between.

Robert Rivest, USA
Robert is an internationally admired performer and teacher bringing mime, health, literacy, stress reduction and mindfulness together with laughter and Tai Chi.
He has a long-standing respect in the Laughter Yoga Community and outside of it, too, as well as being well-liked by everyone I hear mention him.
The impromptu Conversation with Robert will cover his work incorporating his other talents in a successful blend.

Merv Neal, Australia
There is nothing more delightful and professional than Merv’s view on Laughter Yoga, and in this conversation he will shed more light on his Laughter Quotient and the impact it may have on us all moving forward.
The Laughing Man himself.
Merv values everything Laughter Yoga and I really get a sense of his passion for scientic and medical validation of the work. If you watched the Impromptu Conversation on Saturday 25 July you would get the same feeling.
He is joining me once again and in this Impromptu Conversation he will share his thoughts on the on future of Laughter Yoga after lockdown and pandemic.
