A few Thoughts from Yours Truly
When I am looking in my diary I am really excited about what is being built through persistence, passion, compassion and making a difference.
I opened my birthday present, my Happiness Journal, and created a do-be-diary for intentions and flow of gratitude and joy.
This is at the heart of Laughter Yoga!
Laughter Yoga is not about me but it is about you! It is about the true benefits that you can potentially get from sharing laughter with friends, family, colleagues, and even strangers.
When you let go of controlling your laughter, because of decisions made as a child when someone may have told you something about your laughter, then health, friendship and resourcefulness thrive.
I am merely a vessel for the process of creating change.
The privilege to be invited into companies, teams, organisations, groups of people, individual’s spaces to share the idea of self-expression through laughter exceeds my imagination of what I thought was possible for the world.
There is a real shift in people’s perceptions and in what is truly possible when we embrace the practice of Laughter Yoga, and I am so excited to be working with people who have skills and knowledge to go beyond what I have thought up, and there is lots I haven’t thought up…
I am a geek and a nerd with a background in technology – I say it with love in my heart for everyone like me, and my love and passion for paving the way for people to connect and reconnect with their passion for living life to the fullest is what drives me in my work and life.
Creating opportunity is at the heart of what I do, opportunity for people who try Laughter Yoga, who learn Laughter, who teach Laughter Yoga.
In this business I have built a really awesome presence for Laughter Yoga in the UK and around the world, together with my clients, my students, and my colleagues.
And I am now a Finalist for the National Business Women’s Awards 2019 which is a tribute to the sharing of Laughter Yoga across the country. Check the Finalists.
There is enough laughter to go around and sometimes it is up to us individually to create the possiblity of it happening without greed and neediness.
I am terrible at setting boundaries, and I am always greateful for the chance I get to share from my heart even when boundaries sometimes feel overlooked and overstepped. It is never about taking stock of who did what, however, it also has to feel okay and fair for everyone.
We are in this world to share and build based on ideas, mind share, innovation, change, and where laughter flows, kindness grows.
Love, Laughter and Peace

Liberi Therapies VIP Interview
It is always a privilege to be invited on online interviews, or any interview for the matter, and speaking with Lindsay was fun and a real treat.
Lyndsay Macgregor Inglis embraces positivity throughout her life and I really recommend connecting with her.
For more information please visit her on liberitherapies.co.uk.
Living Laughter for Work and for Life
There are many ways to experience laughter.
When I speak with corporations, staff, management and others about Laughter Yoga people often say, ‘we laugh a lot in our company’, ‘we have good banter and laughs in our team’ and many other comments about the laughter that happens in the workplace.
The laughter you share with people socially is different from the Laughter Yoga laughter we share for a prolonged period of time, feeling it in our bodies.
Trying Laughter Yoga in a workshop creates instant changes in physiology and the body’s biochemistry as well as your connection with other people.
The sensation may last the day, the week, the month and then become a memory.
However, it is different from the long-term effect when you challenge yourself to practice every day for 10-15 minutes or longer.
Even if it is shorter, the commitment to the process of creating physical, emotional and mental health and wellbeing is what it is all about.
Having said that, I am always grateful and full of excitement when I am booked for your corporate events, and where there is laughter, there is joy, connection and willingness to go the extra mile together.
October brought some truly exception corporate laughter workshops into being around the country and November is picking up where October left off.
Everyone can encourage someone to smile – and sometimes laughter follows naturally.
Thank you for discovering Laughter Yoga for you and your team!
