What a month – thank you for October!
Following on from September and the conference buzz I have been busy with teaching in Blackpool and in London, running workshops with corporate teams in London, midwives in the Midlands, and many other health and wellness events around the country.
Thank you for trusting me with your laughter!
I am always happy to travel to you to teach or speak at your short or long event. Where there are people, there is opportunity for sharing laughter, joy and connection!
Being based in Hertfordshire in South-East England does not limit my work as I travel around the country to share Laughter Yoga and therapeutic laughter at private and public events.
November will be taking me to Newcastle, Cambridge, Durham, London, St Albans and Hemel Hempstead – so far…

The Laughter Yoga 25th Anniversary
The dates are final for the celebration of the 25th Anniversary for Laughter Yoga in the UK. We will start a weekend of serious laughter, play, joy, learning, fun, connection, and creativity with a grand opening with wonderful Laughter Yoga on Friday 17 April 2020!
Make sure you book soon – even if 2020 seems a long way away. With International Laughter Yoga Royalty coming to the UK the venue will fill quick.
Laughter Yoga Professionals are lining up to present their special brand of Laughter Yoga and already I have had to say no to some and maybe to others.
Who will be speaking, who will be sharing, who will be joining the Laughter Yoga 25th Anniversary in London in 2020?
…and The Playing Human Conference 2020
will be running on Saturday 18 April 2020 to Sunday 19 April 2020.
The 2018 event was amazing, however, just wait until you hear about the speakers we have in store for you for 2020. Goodness me!
We am still in the process of discussing details with some super-exciting people and you may think we are in good time but we are end of 2018, suddenly it will be 2019, and if 2019 goes as fast as 2018 then suddenly 2020 will be here.
If you want to put your interest forward you can book now, there are only 400 seats and with a fee this time of £100 (early bird) and £150 (full fee) for all three days I am fairly certain we will fill Conway Hall in 2020.
There are 40 VIP seats – the first two rows in the hall, and they have almost all booked by now.

Business Experts in Hemel Hempstead
The Business Experts Programme has been running online for a number of years and I have decided to bring it back to a 1-day in-person workshop.
When we spend the hours together the benefits of discussions, work templates, presenting on video, decision making, planning, defining and structuring exceed the benefits of the online equivalent.

In London and UK – touching, moving, inspiring
October has been an ocean of laughter blessings!
Sharing Laughter Yoga with innovative companies in London, with 100 bankers, 200 midwives, nurses in London, adults with learning disabilities, and Laughter Yoga Leaders in different locations has been a gift.
It is what I do and it is my business but it does not stop me from feeling a real sense of gratitude when people take on Laughter Yoga. Whether you choose to keep the laughter flowing or go back to ‘how it was’ is your choice, and I can only recommend the first one of those options.
Keep the laughter alive.
And there is always a choice to be made…
I leave my training courses and workshops feeling touched, moved and inspired by each and every one of the individuals and teams who have decided to give it a go. Even those who sits it out in a workshop, may capture a small word of wisdom they take with them in their heart and subconscious mind.
There is lots of laughter to be had and to be shared!

Laughter Clubs around the UK
A gentle reminder that we meet and share laughter in the 1st St Albans Scouts Wadley Hut in The Laughter Club International (UK) in St Albans on Sunday 7th October at 1pm-2:30pm – please do join us!

Laughter Yoga Teacher Training
The 5-day Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher Training has been running at Felden Lodge in Hemel Hempstead since I started teaching the course in November 2012 and they have been amazing.
Felden Lodge also needs to continue to live on and their accommodation fees reflect this. It is the first time since 2012 that they are raising their price and it is reflected in the course fee.
The 5-day Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 and onwards is now priced at £850 early bird and £1,195 full fee, in October you can still book at the old early bird fee of £750 for the course running 21-25 January 2019 – check out with coupon ‘2018price’ to get £100 off £850.
The price is including accommodation from Monday to Friday and includes a vegetarian diet throughout the week.
