Laughter Yoga Next Level for LYLT and LYTT Saturdays 22, 29 October, 05, 12 November 10-12noon

Become a Laughter Leader and help to spread the laughter in social clubs, yoga and fitness studios, senior care facilities, and in the work place – or simply learn the Laughter Yoga techniques to add more laughter in your own life.

  • Dates: Mondays 6, 13, 20, 27 September 2021
  • Time: 7pm-9:30pm
  • Includes Day-2 in person. Date TBC
  • Online laughter sessions on Zoom Online Conference
  • Requirements: webcam and microphone

This course is fully certified. However, in order to complete the full Certified Laughter Yoga Leader training as recognised by Laughter Yoga International an additional in-person training day is required and included in the course fee.

Great laughter yoga online leader course! I was nervous at first but Lotte was brilliant - she has a very easy going, warm and engaging style which really helped. The course was super informative, interesting and fun. Everyone in the group really gelled and it was a very rewarding and supportive experience. I can't wait to get involved in more laughter sessions and eventually start running my own!!

Excellent course which was adapted for virtual learning. Small group so we had ample time to ask questions and practice skills. Learning was fun and practical.
