A Laughter Workshop takes the principles of the Laughter Club and Dr. Madan Kataria's laughter yoga into the workplace and mix them with thought provoking tools and exercises.
 
A Laughter Workshop is an innovative approach to stress management, team building and motivation.
 
Laughter workshops are designed to provide participants with "tools" they can take away and use in their daily lives.
 
It provides a framework around which issues like team spirit, staff co-operation and attitude to work can be positively addressed.

It also provide a means for staff to express their stress triggers and release their stress in a confidential, respectful and non-threatening manner.

Laughter workshops also provide feedback to the company.

This allows for any stress triggers in the workplace to be identified and the value of the programme to be properly assessed.

These workshops attract coaches, therapists, healthcare professional, teachers, trainers, retired or people not working - anyone who appreciates and knows the importance of laughter and the effect it has on life!
