What is Nutrition?
  
It is worth repeating: Good nutrition sustains life - poor nutrition sustains poor health.
  
In fact the nutritional value of your food is the key determinant in how your body looks and feels.  Processed food and fast food offer a convenient way to fill your stomach, but that is all it does.
  
With a nutritional value approaching zero your body still has to digest, process and eliminate this food.
  
Very little energy is left over to support important functions like thinking, working and play - if you live off junk food, you will look and feel like junk.
