About The Laughter Club International (St. Albans)
The Laughter Club International in
St. Albanswas launched on 13th June 2004.
Between May and September the laughter is conducted outside, more specifically in Verulamium Park. In winter and wet weather we laugh at iSIS Crystals in the very center of St. Albans.
Winter and wet weather keeps people indoor but we still encourage everyone to visit the Laughter Club, and with the new venue there really is no reason to stay away.
Since 2004 we have laughed with hundreds of people;
* lorry drivers * estate agents * social workers * airline staff * carers * entrepreneurs * housewives * therapists * NHS staff * radio presenters* financial advisers * artists * pensioners * and many others
We meet on the first or second Sunday of every month (please see the Dates page) and laugh from until
Laughter Clubs are highly beneficial for everyone irrespective of your physical condition - laughing adds the extra spice to our lives.
At UnitedMind we use our best endeavours to ensure your health and safety. However, we also request that each participant be responsible for their own well-being.

Donations are welcome to cover the room hire as well as charity causes.

We start at 1 pm and finish around 2 pm - but sometimes we may take a little longer.

The Laughter Club is based on the principles first introduced by Dr. Madan Kataria in 1995.
