The 6 weeks' sessions:

Introduction to Laughter and the six week course
The first session introduces you to laughter as a tool you can consciously use to live a full life.

Laughter Session 1: Inappropriate Laughter
This evening contains a lot of discussion around the topic of how we use laughter in our life. It is about raising awareness of how laughter impacts everyone.

Laughter Session 2: Laughter and Children
Focus is on playing – lots of games and other activities. A group discussion will finish this session.

Laughter Session 3: Laughter Inside
What happens in life when you feel there is no fun and laughter left. How to loosen up and lighten up.

Laughter Session 4: Laughter Tools
Session four is all about laughter techniques and tools, fun and games. It is time to be silly and childlike.

Laughter Session 5: Laughter and Life
This is the final session where time will be spent focusing on incorporating the tools and techniques into real life.
Important Notes:
- No special clothing or equipment is required. Comfortable, loose fitting clothes are recommended
- Participants with medical conditions must advise on registration
- Full payment is due on registration
